Jerrod is the President of Senior Plan Resources, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Myrias Financial Management, Inc. Jerrod is the CEO and Founder of Myrias Financial Management, Inc. In addition, Jerrod serves as an Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction Principal for Osaic Institutions, Inc.

Formerly President, Chief Compliance Officer, and FINOP of Bankers & Investors Company Inc., a Registered Broker/Dealer, Investment Advisor, and Insurance Agency in Kansas City, Jerrod ran compliance and operations for over 12 years and built the RIA in 2009. Bankers & Investors Co. provided investment services for 7 banks (48 branches) and 4 credit unions (12 branches) in Missouri and Kansas. 

Board member and former Chairman of MP Securities, a registered Investment Advisor, Broker/Dealer, and Insurance Agency located in California. 

Board member for Ministry Partners Investment Company. Serve on the ALCO and Audit committees.  MPIC specializes in church lending and is a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO). 

Jerrod’s community involvement extends to nonprofit work. He is a former Board member of OASIS Refuge, Inc.. This nonprofit organization provides a therapeutic home for underage girls who are survivors of sex trafficking. Jerrod still works with this organization's parent company, F.R.E.E International, searching for missing and exploited children in the US. He also volunteers time with 8 Days of Hope and their Rapid Response Team to help clean up and rebuild communities after a natural disaster. 

With a career spanning over three decades, Jerrod has been a trusted financial advisor in Missouri and Kansas since 1989. His ownership and management of financial advisory/marketing firms for more than thirty years is a testament to his expertise and commitment to the industry. 

Jerrod holds the series 7, 24, 27, 63, 65, 66, and 97 licenses, as well as Life, Health, and Property and Casualty Insurance Licenses.
